About the event
Do you find yourself lying awake at 3 a.m., heart pounding, while your partner sleeps soundly beside you? Does the smallest inconvenience send a surge of rage through your chest? Do you long for the feeling of being able to truly relax again—but your nervous system feels stuck in the "on" position?
You are not broken. You are not alone. And this is not just "stress."
In perimenopause, progesterone—our body's primary calming hormone—is often the first to decline. When it drops, anxiety, insomnia, and irritability can skyrocket. To make matters worse, everyday stress triggers cortisol, which further depletes the little progesterone we have left. It's a hormonal theft happening inside your own body.
This time, we're getting to the root of the wired, anxious feeling and mapping out a path back to calm.
The Menopause Map
This gathering is a special part of the Menopause Map, a journey where we meet each month to explore a different piece of the hormonal puzzle. This path is designed so that each session builds your understanding over time, yet each one stands completely on its own. You are welcome to join me for the whole trek or just drop in for the topics that call to you. Either way, you’ll leave feeling more steady, informed, and equipped to navigate your unique terrain.
